Our Impact
The organization has initiated and sustains services through 7 rural and suburban primary health facilities and community outreach campaigns
Through 134 trained Community Change agents, 223,215 people (107,696 men and 115,519 women) have been reached with malaria education (prevention, signs, and early and right treatments information)
What we do
Working to improve poor and vulnerable people's access to quality health services, survival, health, and well-being in Tanzania through social marketing accountable health systems, behaviors, and products. We are a team of change-makers who believe that by extending a helping hand to those in need, we can change the world and raise everyone's standard of living and access to high-quality medical care.
We deliver Health Services
We implement HIV/AIDS programs in Ilemela and Nyamagana districts in Mwanza.
We establish Health campaigns
We ensure equitable access of quality health services, THAT and Afya Radio spearheaded two major preventive screening events in Mwanza
We Operate Behavior change communication in the Community
We operate behavior change communication program, the organization is implementing a malaria project in six districts of Mwanza region.
We Behavior Change communication (Media) & Social accountability
The organization through Afya Radio has been able to facilitate community journalism initiative.
